  1. I think we need to find another backup quarterback for Brissett. Hoyer was absolutely terrible today. I wasn't too thrilled when I heard the Colts signed him as Brissett's backup. The Colts didn't really have much to choose from anyway.

I couldn't understand the play calling at the end either. I couldn't figure out why Hoyer would throw the ball to a receiver who's double-covered. That makes no sense to me. Just get the first down! That's more important to keep the ball.

Terrible game and I hope our better players are ready for next week's matchup against Jacksonville. Brissett should play next week. I hope to God he does. From what I understand, he practiced all week with the first team this week.

  2. I'm not happy about it either, but can you blame Reggie? It's probably the only offer that he got (the only one we've heard about anyway). If he wanted to play one more year and the Pats were the only offer, what would you do if you were in his shoes? He'll, undoubtedly, get a reception from the crowd like other former Colts players did when they joined other teams and visited Lucas Oil Stadium. I'm like most of you - I'm glad to see Reggie join another team, but wish it wasn't the Patriots

  3. If we can keep Richardson healthy, I think it will be a good trade. I just can't figure why Mr. Grigson went after a running back. We have Ahmad Bradshaw, Donald Brown, and Stanley Havili. To me, we have plenty of talent there. Plus, giving up our first round draft choice in next year's NFL Draft? With Richardson's performance in Cleveland, I wouldn't think he'd be worth more than a second round choice. From what I read on the ESPN website, Richardson turned out to not be a good fit for the Browns and that's why they traded him. Mr. Grigson has surprised me in the past with what he's done and he's been successful at them. I just hope he knows what he's doing with Trent Richardson. it's a big gamble.
