  1. We miss Brown. TRich gets the same blocking but does not get it done. One run does not prove anything. Luck is not passing very we'll either. I agree, we need some slant patterns, need to pass on 1st, run on 2nd. Etc. Lluck missed some that should have been TDs. Stop throwing the outside screens that dont work. We need a better pass program, slants, etc, anyone remember Stokely, etc. We now have Rogers and Whalen. I know what Peyton and Dungy would have done with those weapons. The defense finally looks like they want to play again.

  2. TY has been taken out of the offense because we have terrible offensive coaching and schemes. We need new coaches that know how to plan for a pro game. We have no slants across the middle, no TE's going down the middle, etc. We have not had good players selected by the new GM either. I say bring back Dungy and Polian. Tomorrow would be soon enough. Pep's game plans are a joke and Grigson thinks TRich and DHB are quality first string pros. What a joke. We will we lucky to finish 8-8 at this rate.

  3. I agree, DHB needs to go. He hurts the team . If Reed can not use better judgment, he certainly should not be returning kick-offs. If he is useful as a WR maybe he can learn DHB's job.

Seems to me that the entire team must have been reading their newspaper clippings as none of them played very well today. If they are waiting for TR to be their savior, they will have a long wait. Brown needs to be given the first position based on his performance. He is a better runner, cuts better and is faster. I guess this will give you some more food for the arguments.

The best HC was Dungy. You knew that after a poor half, corrections will have been made so that the team had a chance. It seems at the moment what we have is more of the same.

  4. Yes the West Coast offense has been around for years and I have been a fan. However, whether or not Pep was a pro coach in the past has nothing to do with the fact that he does not seem to know how to implement on the pro level with the talent he has been given. By the way, no one said that we should not be able to run the ball, however, that is not our forte. At this rate, we will finish 8 - 8 for the season if we are lucky.

  5. I have certainly not been a fan of "college" offense. Yes, we need a running game but we need to pass when appropriate. Why draft the best passer in college football and then tell him to hand off the football? Last year he proved he could pass. Almost Peytonlike, tho he is certainly no Peyton. Had Peyton been there today and Luck learning from him, we would have won easily. Yes, Bruce was a pro coach, not a college coach who has not yet learned that the Stanford offense is not going to work in the NFL.
