I would think 4 years 16-21 million he certainly has the talent to be paid but I'm not sure he is a pro bowl caliber linebacker but he is right there on the fringe and when he plays our defense is noticeably better I hope he gets a decent contract because he deserves to be rewarded for his talent

I think there will be some initial pressure from the front office !! However I do believe we will do what's best moving forward I still there is a place for Landry just not every down . One of the main things Landry brings to the table is his physicality the problem with that is the NFL has made it hard on players like Landry with all of the rule changes ! Landry has a hard time in coverage and has become somewhat of a liability on passing downs it doesn't exactly help him that the league is a pass happy league now

I think at the end of the if Hoyer doesn't make the playoffs he will not be resigned !! I think it's a classic case of front office vs the head coach and his coordinators I do believe Hoyer is solid but not sure he is leading any team to the SuperBowl !! I can't help but kinda root for him over Manziel but ultimately I think he will be done unfairly by the front office!

Vontae just doesn't have any glaring weakness he is so good with his reaction time and has was has become almost flawless technique !! And on top of all of that he isn't afraid to hit !!

Holmes was a healthy scratch for the second straight week !! I think once Mewhort is back our line if healthy will finally be established

I think Holmes has lost the coaching staffs confidence !! I do believe that Harrison is the right call long term
