I agree BP-- I feel like the only reason he was taken so late was the injury he had last year affected his draft stock. I bet he makes the team and provides solid depth at the S position.
yea i think we will just let him sit back(like Josh Chapman)and get healthy and gain about 15 pounds of muscle then he'll be able to compete with bethea for the position
-
Just what we needed, a tiny pre-pubescent white safety...He will be on the Pup list the first lifting session.
maybe him and landry can be workout buddies
-
I have no idea what you are saying.
lol sorry about that...try reading it..realll..slow..this time

Yep, I've had the opportunity to see Kerwynn play several times in person, this kid is a steal here, great reciever out of the backfield, and a deceptively powerful runner. He reminds me of Darren Sproles.
another guy with great hands to keep the d-fence guessing
-
with all these huge guys were getting i almost always hear double teamed well....you can only double team so many guys before you have one charging you down also theres pundits and fans that arn't excited about this draft but we drafted alot of skilled players last yr, linemen isnt really a glamours role but deff a very important part of the puzzle once all the pieces are set in place yaw can step back look and see the monster we created
-
with all these slow huge guys were getting i could see us rushing the QB but i can allready see him getting away Russel and Kaepernik for ex that reserve from the army looks pretty fast but he wont be starting

I have seen every game since 1984, and we have had some good linebacking groups, but overall we have been fairly week, if we look at the average.
Herrod, Coryatt, Bickett, and so on; were all good players. Herrod would have probably gone to several Pro Bowls had he played on a winning team, and in my mind, he is the best MLB we have ever had in Indy. But when the average football fan thinks about Indianapolis, they don’t think about linebackers.
Bring on:
Walden/Werner – SAM
Mathis/Werner – Rush
Angerer/Conner/Freeman – Inside
This combination will be very fun to watch.
Add in more depth from Sidbury, Harvey, Killeen, and Hickman, and it appears that Hughes may have a very tough time making this team. We might actually have to cut a linebacker who has a shot at playing for another team.
Our front seven is going to actually be very good for a change and this could be the start of a dominant defense.
you forgot josh chapman corry redding talks very well of him

We want to win the Super Bowl. But we need to make sure we get to the team meeting on time Monday first, lol....love the kid!
yup one step at a time good man!
-
Ahh. This is good. Now we really can get Fleener to be that 2nd round talent. He'll be playing & tutoring Allen and whatever other TE we take on 53 roster.
yea now hopefully we can compete with the Ravens in the red zone i mean he's 6 6 hopefully luck could throw some highones hahaha

.well everyone always says how good of a job BA did which he did! but no one really thinks about how hard it was for Luck to transition from a west coast style to whatever the steelers used i mean it was almost completly opposite to what he's use to which is also most likely why he had a low completion rate.well im glad hes back to his comfort zone and wont have to struggle learning a new offence like he did his first yr here plus i heard pep was such a good OC that the colts snatched him up before he was to become a college coach pretty sure he'll get the colts offence on track in no time!
-
this is his last yr to prove himself no more excuses the line is fixed
-
not sure he would be a stud it could be all hype rooting from the lying he was doing think about it. . .would he be that all interesting without all the hype from the media there could be someone better they even said he didnt perform all that good at the combine
Te'o would be a stud playing ILB for the Colts. Him and Freeman. Wow!
-
right there probly waiting till the stock is heavy with good wr's and thats probly why they only gave bey a 1 yr contract
WR is debatable. That can wait til next year easily.
-
they said its a possibility we might get mante teo in the 24th but i dont know if he's all that good might it just be all media hype? or can there be a better pass rusher, at the end of the day im glad rg1 doesnt follow the hype like most gm's anywho i agree we should keep our picks but like Chuck said and he's been around for a while he doesnt think anyone does it like us with the picking of the players
Not a chance, To many pass rushers and good O Linemen who might fall to us in the 1st as well as Corner Xavier Rhodes
-
lol hidden messages i like your thinking
Dat horseshoes
-
no the colts have a classic iconic look i wouldnt want to see changed
-
just thinking im excited that the guys Grigson signed last yr are gonna be healthy along with these guys its like we signed new players because were finally gonna get the chance to see what they got Josh Chapman etc the good thing is were not cheap so we could keep our players happy
-
yea plus they said were gonna be a run heavy team always best to draft starting rb's u can just throw them right in and the will be productive but the fact we didnt get rid of any rbs throws me off its really a topic they hardly mention it does kinda scare me though that all 4 rbs were injured in a game
Hope so I'm a MSU fan plus we need someone to go with Vick brown is always hurt and carter fumbles all the time
-
yea look at his rookie class RG3 and Russell Wilson and still number 1,they give us no respect i guess i got so use to when it was the old colts they always thought we would win but i guess we will have our chance to earn our respect this year
We're indiana the media never cares about us we have a future best QB in the nfl for years to come if he can get protection
-
actually the draft commentators think he was drafted wayyy to low i think we got him for insurence purposes so if theres a wr were looking to get in the draft gets picked up before we get the chance than hes our fall back guy either way good move
Really, the reason he gets a bad rap is because he was drafted way too high. He's not a complete receiver, and never has been, but that's true of a lot of receivers. But he does add an element to our offense that might make life easier for the entire unit.
-
he runs a 4 2 his issues in the draft were his hands rnd 7 dont know how much that improved so were using him for his speed to spread out the D but ive heard a comintator say if luck has time to throw you the ball he couldnt hand it to you any better also the NFL network has no faith in us they said if we played the Seahawks slamdunk they will beat us without even a thought we are deffenitly gonna be a better team next yr with so many weapons at our disposal they better watch out when the "Monster" comes out!
-
deff Arian Foster he loves lowering his head
In a division that has Maurice Jones-Drew, Chris Johnson and Arian Foster, could this rule change help limit their effectiveness?
-
this is off topic but makes me think Landrys been with alot of teams as well and has a big personality makes me wonder how he'll fit in with the culture weve built in the locker room pretty sure theve done there homework though just sayin...
Lloyd has problems, but none of them are his hands. He's got fantastic hands. Perhaps even top-10 hands. Seriously.
But, he's typically a one and done guy with most teams. Sometimes, two years and out.
But he's been with SF, Denver, St. Louis and NE and I may even be missing a team or two. All them wanted him to be an important part of their offense.
I think it's more personality than anything else. But he wears out his welcome incredibly fast.
So, could the Colts use his raw talent? You bet. Do we want him in our locker-room?? Not on your life!
Just my view.....

i believe its more we no longer have freeney, powers, collie, avery and justice im pretty sure our cap is still up there
About 20 million?
