  1. think we will be trying to run the ball more. also, not really afraid of the vaunted ravens offense either. i think it may be a low scoring game, down to the wire.

you guys played a good game. we'll meet again next year that's for sure. Next stop...New England.  Revenge from last year when Lee Evans dropped that touchdown pass in the Divisional round and then Billy Cundiff missed the 32 yd field goal to tie it up and take it into OT.

This time we're going all da' way!  "Made it Ma...Top of da World" - James Cagney - White Heat  (lol)

  2. Your going to be very SORE after MANNING gets through with you GO MANNING

...like I said, "ye of little faith." No one believed we could do it, except our own Raven Nation!  All the stats in the world don't mean anything, it's how you play the game! Below are some of the reasons people prayed would be reasons why we would not prevail:

    1. the altitude will be a problem for us

    2. Broncos on an 11 game winning streak

    3. Manning has beaten us the last 9 times out

    4. we have a poor road record

    5. we're too inconsistent

    6. they whipped us badly in week 15 of the regular season

    7. we loss 3 of our last 5 reg season games

    8. we're playing at Denver...in their house (some even said we'd get blown out)

Next time, get to know a team before before you start bad-mouthing them  with the rest of the world (analysts, columnists, fair-weather fans, etc.) who don't know what they're talking about!

  3. I like pepperoni on my Tombstone.

I'm on a planet where you can pay a lump some of money and get away with murder.

Then do a disrespectful dance afterwards.

...he was charged with "obstruction of justice," not murder."  There's a huge difference.  Your desire to self-appoint yourself as prosecutor, jury, & judge is unwarranted. There was no proof to charge him with murder so he wasn't.  Ray Lewis could no more kill anyone, than you or I.  He's not built like that.

  4. Secondary was overrated all along. Their D looked good against the likes of the Browns and Chiefs. What an accomplishment.

...they were exposed tonight.   Although it truly was a great game...back & forth, until finally we got the momentum and kept it for the duration of the game.  I know the Pats are glad we knocked off the Broncos for them.  It was a tall order to fill, but our cup didn't "runneth over!"

  5. Your response did make me chuckle & it was clever. haha But, no let's just say Ray Lewis has down his last Squirrel Dance & Peyton Manning needs a new Davy Crockett hat okay.

...good luck wit' dat!  It was a great game...but Ray's still got at least one more dance left in him.  We're saving that for after we get the Lombardi trophy! Go Ravens! Relentless!

  6. Those 3 loses...    03, 04, and the Jet game in 02?

I would hardly ref any game a decade ago as any kind of trend.

    Manning will be fine.

....sure.  Make that 0 - 4 in temperatures below 40 degrees.  Though I don't think the weather was a factor...in the end, they were just out-played.  It was a great game!

  7. Bernard Pollard played a typical dirty game.

...here we go! What was dirty? You arent' talkin' bout that hit to Reggie Wayne's chest that layed him out on the sideline, are you?? The hit/contact was directed to Reggie's chest area, that's why "the Enforcer" led with his shoulder (if you noticed). True , there was a little helmet-to-helmet contact, but that's to be expected when these ball carriers move and tighen up in anticipation of a BIG hit. Had Reggie stayed in the position that he was in when the Enforcer (BP) launched his attack, we wouldn't be talking about this. And just for the record....Bernard Pollard (BP)aka "the Enforcer" is "NOT" a dirty player. No one on our team is. Sounds like "sour grapes" to me. And then one of ya boys on da sidleine had the nerve to start talkin' smack! That's why the Enforcer had to go back over there and set him straight! Be a graceful loser, geesh!

  8. At least we can watch the Ravens get owned in Denver instead of the Colts. :)

I really don't  hate to disappoint you & over half of the football national audience, "but it's not gonna happen!" The Ravens are relentless, and we will prevail.  Go Ravens!  :)

  9. I heard that, I was happy he came out and said that. The only one I dont care for on that Ravens' D is Bernard Pollard, everyone probably knows why. :) He is probably universal enemy No.1 for most offensive units.

...we call BP (Bernard Pollard) "the Enforcer," cause he lowers da' boom on anyone who dares come into the secondary! Next up....Denver. If people think they're just gonna roll over top of us, they don't know the Ravens!

    P.S.

Andrew Luck is gonna be a force to be reckoned with as time passes.  Hopefully he won't turn out to be another Peyton Manning in the works.  We (da Ravens) don't need to face two of them dudes during the season! (lol)

  10. No doubt the Baltimore stadium will be rocking.....but I think we will do alright and squeak out with the win if......

Contain Ray Rice on those bootleg plays. Pagano has to know the plays inside and out. It's not like the genius of Caldwell will come out with something crazy.

Put Vontae on Torrey Smith regardless of which side he lines up. For the love.... don't leave it up to Vaughn.

I think we should bust out that "trick" play (Ballard helicopter spin) that BA got from a college game that we used against the Titans.

RUN OUT OF THE 3 TE SET!!! When we do this, we actually run very well.

I wouldn't mind seeing Daji Karim carry for a few.....that guy has some serious wheels.

Man, yall aint playing none of those scrub teams now with losing records.  yall in da BIG league now, and you'll find that those last second "victories" don't work anymore.  Just bring your "A" game and make it competitve...I don't wanna see no blow-out!  Our D is pretty much 100% better now, and more importantly they're healthy and rested. Now they're starting to play like yall remember for the last decades...like Ravens! Relentless! Like Ray Lewis says, "Let's HUNT them dudes!""

  11. It isn't going to affect the game one way or another. Sure, the fan base may come out a bit more fired up, and the defense may play harder for the first few snaps, but the game is still going to come down to our offensive execution and stopping Rice on the other side. As far as actual impact on the game, Ray's level of play was dipping even before his injury, so I doubt we see a huge change there. Like someone else said, Ed Reed will be the one to watch on their defense, as well as how well our O-line is able to hold up. I still like our chances in this game.

After probably the second offensive drive by the Colts, I doubt we see any difference at all unless the Colts are really struggling to move the ball.

fine.  if you stop Ray Rice we'll just go deep to Torrey Smith or Jacoby Jones or Pitta...it don't matter what you do.  We got too many weapons.  And don't forget yall will be coming to our House, where prior to our little 3-game loosing skid we have 15 straight consecutive victories.  We're starting our at-home streak up again...we'll make yall notch number 2 on our way to the Super Bowl, baby!!

  12. luck has thrown 10 tds and 4 ints against playoff teams this year. I like our chances. Colts are a fighting team and we will climb the wall of emotion and battle a full 60 minutes

we have no doubts the Colts will battle, unfortunately...it's not gonna be enough.  Ya boy Luck has a total of 19 INTs on the season, forget about Play-Off teams.  He can get pass-happy if he want's to, but we got somebody out there waiting on him, and his number is 20.  Come to Poppa!  You can count him out if you like, you can say he's old, or you can say he's missing a step...but he (Ed Reed) still knows how to find the ball.Trust me, there will be no 4th qtr heroics from Luck this time...his Luck has run out!

  13. If the Rat Birds can't get motivated for playoffs, but need this to give them some artifical motivaton to play, they are beat already; but then again with heir season end slump, maybe Ray Lewis thinks they are that desperate.

...just so you know, this is our worst season ever and we still made it to the play-offs as banged up as we are and still are the "repeat" AFC Div Champs.  Going into the Play-offs with or without Ray Lewis will not change the fact that we will "prevail" in front of da Raven Nation, it's just that with Ray Lewis will make it all that more exciting, that's all.  Don't get it twisted! Caw! Caw! Caw!
