I wouldn't have a big problem with those rankings in the regular season.

The passing numbers are very impressive, considering we have rookie TEs, mostly rookie receivers, and a rookie QB. The rushing stats on both offense and defense...not so much.

I'm not sure how a preseason ratio can or will relate to the regular season. I still believe that in the last game Arians was making a conscious effort to get Avery the ball, just so he and Luck could have some game speed time together. It was almost like one of those games where Wayne or Clark needed x # of catches to reach a milestone. It wasn't quite that bad but it did seem it was set up that way to a point.

As it stands now 83 runs vs. 125 pass plays(119 passes + 6 sacks) which is a 60/40 split. It would be nice to see the ratio when Luck was on the field, but I'm not willing to chart the plays for that answer...

After about 6 weeks or so we will have a fairly decent idea of how they are approaching it.

The passing stats defensively are still pretty bad too. 69.9% completion % allowed and a 96.0 rating allowed.

3rd down % defensively could use some work too at 45%
