Interesting this happens AFTER Washington signed RG3 to a fully guaranteed deal. Clearly the Colts saw they had to cave to Andrews mgt. Glad its done and he and the team can move forward.

The team holds an option on a 5th year that is the average salary of the top 10 quarterback salaries at that point in time. Which will likely be in the 16+ million range.

The team/player can agree to an extension after year 3.
