The numbers have dropped lately, and it's definitely because of the dip in O (on top of performance). I'm sure Irsay gets the "why".    I really don't think Irsay would move. He loves Indy. And I doubt he allows the team to stay in a state of mediocrity (offensive) for long. After all, since he took over, we've picked Manning and Luck, and were max+ attendance most of those years. 

Same feel as last years draft. WR’s with 1st Rd grades going in Rd 2.     

Make them ineligible for the playoffs this year, since they are facing the Bengals this week, and that videotaping would have huge implications on playoff seedings. Strip them of their next 5 first round picks, and don't allow them to trade draft picks for the next 5 years.   That would be laying down the hammer.
