This is round 3 of the Colts fan favorites brackett. John Mackey is the cinderella story, and Mathis is quietly moving his way up. Manning is the favorite to win, just like 2 years, but that year, Harrison took home the gold.

Very slight edge to Peyton. Freeney's stats/impact isn't anywhere near as big as Peyton's, but he brings a swagger to the defense which I love.

I didn't know you could be delusional about who your favorite players are.

I know this might come as a surprise to you, but there are alot of us who were Colt fans long before 1998, and some of us may have actually taken a liking to a player or 2 over the many years that we've been Colt fans more than we did Peyton Manning.

Given the abundance of people voting for Dungy over Unitas ( :loco: ), I'm not sure I'd agree (at least with the part about fans pre-1998).
