  1. 1. Richardson gave many fans reason for optimism with 3 total touchdowns and a game-winning drive. How many total touchdowns will he have in this game?

  2. 2. Two weeks ago, the Texans nearly beat the Lions, limiting them to 26 points. Will the Lions score more than 26 points in this game?

  3. 3. Who wins?

  4. 4. Bonus Question: (Check all that apply.) What would you like to see happen to help the Colts win this game?

    • Colts have to score first
    • Colts should opt to defer if they win the toss
    • Colts should opt to start first on offense if they win the toss.
    • Limit the turnovers
    • The Colts need to run the ball more than they have been
    • Get pressure on Goff
    • Tackle better
    • Take the points (over going for it on 4th down)
    • Get touchdowns, not field goals
    • Score fast
    • Or sustain drives to take time off the clock
    • Keep the Lions offense off the field
    • What else? Write your thoughts in the comments.

Don't understand, AR is killing them on the ground.  Why not run another sweep on their 2?  Or another option?  But JT up the gut, smh.

Don't want to run him too much I would guess. That one play on 3rd and 1 I cringed when he didn't slide and instead took the contact

This team is exciting again! We only got 3 but the Lions were even scared that we would go for it on 4th and 1 and get it with AR or Taylor.

Now you get to watch Gus and the sit back defense

Speed snagged the foot.

People can say what they want but Franklin and Speed played well on that drive.  We will see if it holds up all day.

Need the same thing this drive, but more OUTSIDE runs.

we already have a majority... they're gonna do both.

I think the Lions Achilles' heel is that Goff is not a mobile QB. Imagine if they had a mobile QB like Mahomes or Lamar, they would be completely unstoppable

i feel like goff gave up a bit early there

Would be nice to follow that first drive up with a TD drive here.  What they can’t do is have a 3 and out putting the D right back on the field.  In the very least, have to get a couple of 1st downs to flip the field back.

    • Allen had zero receivers to throw too those first years..he didn't just magically get better with accuracy his third year ..he got better cause diggs joined the team..
    • I hope he can last till the Colts pick.
    • The more I consider it, the more concerned I get.  When I look at the first year statistical comparisons that I posted earlier, Mitchell looks a whole lot more like Phillip Dorsett than he does anyone else.   Mitchell - 13 games | 7 starts | 20 catches on 45 targets (44.4%) | 254 yds | 0 TD's | 19.5 yds/game Downs - 17 games | 9 starts | 68 catches on 98 targets (69.4%) | 771 yds | 2 TD's | 45.4 yds/game Pittman - 13 games | 8 starts | 40 catches on 51 targets (65.6%) | 503 yds | 1 TD | 38.7 yds/game Moncrief - 16 games | 2 starts | 32 catches on 49 targets (65.3%) | 444 yds | 3 TD's | 27.8 yds/game Hilton - 15 games | 1 start | 50 catches on 90 targets (55.6%) | 861 yds | 7 TD's | 57.4 yds/game Dorsett - 11 games | 0 starts | 18 catches on 39 targets (46.2%) | 225 yds | 1 TD | 20.5 yds/game Wayne - 13 games | 9 starts | 27 catches on 49 targets (55.1%) | 345 yds | 0 TD's | 26.5 yds/game
    • As we go through our discussions and observations for Richardson, we've mostly used two quarterbacks as comparison:  Josh Allen (for his early inaccuracy, strong arm, and ability to run) and Cam Newton (for his imposing physicality and strong arm). There's one other quarterback that I feel needs to be in the conversation: Justin Fields Through his career in Chicago, he was a phenomenon running the ball.  He ran for over 1100 yards in 2022!  But he had a lot less success throwing the ball.  So much so that the team finally decided to move on from him after only 3 seasons. I'm not saying "Richardson is exactly like Fields".  But I am saying that the comparison has merit, and bears watching.
    • I implore you to go back and watch the tape from his first 2 seasons. His accuracy was woeful.
