Spencer Shrader has had the craziest year

We all know he was on and off the Colts practice squad weekly, sometimes more often. Then he signed to the Jets practice squad, and he was active as their kicker this past week. Looks like the Jets left him on the practice squad, and now he's signing to the Chiefs active roster. I think the Chiefs have to pay him active roster salary for at least three weeks. He's been bouncing around like crazy, I hope he sticks with KC for a while.

I am glad he is getting the chance to be successful.  Hope it works out for him.

imo not enough value is placed on field goal kickers, they usually have the highest points scored on their team and points win games

The Jets have another kicker on the practice squad, so it's not like they have to go find someone. But obviously they wanted to keep him.

Schrader.

I honestly wanted the Colts to keep Schrader and cut Gay before the season.
