I really like listening to GM's and coaches. I have little use for players as they are just talking over each other for air time. Its not whether Lombardi is right or wrong. He will also admit when he is wrong. He gives his view point from being in a front office. I dont always agree with it but i can see how he reached his conclusion. I would sooner that then the old " he has that it factor". If u do a simple search, u can see he had a good run as a personnel guy. 1
