Honestly, I think Grigson had no patience for the people covering the team, and probably was less than gracious with them at times, leading to some of them having a personal distaste for him. And that probably influenced some of the negative coverage toward the end. He probably wasn't the complete monster that some people have portrayed him as being.

 

Still, it's pretty obvious that he treated other people disrespectfully throughout his tenure, at times with absolutely no reason. So I stand by my 'jerk of a person' comment, I think it's pretty well established. And he most definitely was not a good GM.

Ballard is a good GM and is the best option going forward. Sorry anti CBers but he's staying for at least another year.
