Time to take the training wheels off AR and let him play without hesitation. Just play ball and see where it goes. We need to find out now if we need to look for another Qb moving forward.  We don't need to wait another year

SS and Ballard have no idea what they are doing or how to evaluate talent.  This is the same Ballard who has said the Colts are "close" to being a SB contender for years now.  Just need a QB.   A retread QB.  This is the same SS who evaluated our team and our QB situation and who said making the playoffs is the goal and Flacco gives the Colts the best opportunity for doing that.

 

Both need to go. 

 

I said very early this year when Gould ran the ball out of the endzone at the 2:01 mark that it was a coaching mistake not making it clear to NOT DO THAT and that could and should get a coach fired.  Many on here said I mistaken.  SS is a great coach.

What do you think now?  He can't develop a QB.  He has alienated AR.   And his play calling is completely non innovative and boring. 

 

Ballard?  I have said for many years he should be fired.    He is horrible which I have made clear in many posts.

No direction. No plan. No realistic hope. Just stupid cliches about building the trenches and liking our guys and blah blah blah. This is what eight years of Chris Ballard has brought us. And what Irsay has enabled. Tough to be a Colts fan right now.

The Good

• Defense did well in the first half I feel.
• Downs and Mitchell were good. Glad to see AD have a good game!
• JT - as per usual not getting enough carries in the 2nd half.

 

The Bad

• The defense beyond Buckner, Stewart and Moore is nonexistent.
• The offense beyond Downs and JT (and AD today) is nonexistent.
• Flacco gives us the best chance to win... just... what?!
• Steichen ain't it...

 

There's no direction and the coaching staff has no answers for anything...

I’m glad you can admit when you’re wrong. AR may or may not be the answer, but I’m glad everyone can finally see that playing Flacco is just a waste of time.

Once they made the decision to start AR you have to stick with it and let him develop. It’s clear now Steichen is the problem not AR

I’m not surprised we lost. But I am surprised at how bad Josh Allen played. His MVP case is now shut.

Players deserve better. You can say the GM deserves it but players and fans don’t
