I will say defense has done alot today to keep us in the game, however the offense not enough to many mistakes and not driving the ball Flacco not good etc......  I believe Ballard needs fired including Bradley i am really leaning toward Stiechen as well, Gay needs cut some

Secondary as well we rally need to clean period.

The whole team needs to be rebuilt is not a good football team .   to many players are making a high salary and under performing every week .     ballard cant even come close to picking a franchise QB  .  we havent made the playoffs in 5 years and I cannot see how anyone can even make a case for ballard staying .

This is a simple fix. Ruuuuunnnnnn thhhhhhhhheeeee baaaaalllllll!!!!!!!! We are 4-0  when we run 28 or more times a game!!!!!! How are these coaches not realizing this??? How do you have over 100 yards rushing in the first half then 5 runs the second half 🤔  Stop trying to be fancy with these passes and screens. Play hard nose football wither gains or losses run the ball and win the game ugly if need be.

U talking about like after the game, tomorrow or end of the seaon, lol?? I would do it now. Shane cannot coach in this league. He is not ready.

Yes. This team needs complete and total cleaning of the house. From the top to the bottom. GM, FO, coaching staff, some(if not most of the vets)... there is something seriously wrong in the very fabric of this organization. And BTW, it might be time for Irsay to relinquish control too.. let his daughters take over. Or like @Superman has suggested - hire a president of football operations who would take the final decisions(above the GM).

To be honest Irsay may be a part of the problem also… Ballard is the yes man in the operation.

What are you basing him being a yes man on?

Still have a lot of good players so no need to judge 2025 direction yet. QB is still the key. I think AR’s decline this year made it a good decision to have him sit and he should sit through the Lions game. Unless we win both games the season is basically over and at that point they should give AR the last five games. Pressure should be mostly off and hopefully he can show some signs of being the guy next year and beyond.

I’ll say it again…

The Colts were the only team who called Flacco and offered him a deal after his comeback year. Not even the Browns entertained keeping him.

In a perfect world Flacco would’ve came right in and won games after the benching. It’s just not to be.

I think it’s time for a proper rebuild.

Steichen often reminds me of Reich in abandoning the run at the first sign of adversity.  He goes to what he is comfortable with

He is another frank. He’s a playcalling supposed genius who can’t stick to the flow of a game. Chris Ballard just doubled down on what was already not working by hiring the next best frank he could find.

Ballard's record speaks for itself. This team is consistently mediocre. Winning a superbowl requires something extraordinary.  There is nothing like that on this team. Ballard isn't bad he isn't exceptional.  We can take the definition of mid or the team can try to be better.

Hire a respected, veteran GM and let him do the dirty work.

Everyone (from coaches to players) should be scrutinized.

Send John Lynch an offer that’s triple his current salary in San Fran

It'll be so hard to get him away from there. I don't think money alone could get him. Perhaps a minority ownership but the Irsays would never go for that. 😂

Starting to question Shane and the colts in general as to what heck they are doing 4 turnovers by vet when our young qb could be the ones doing that

What has been the constant with this Organization? Jim Irsay. I love the man, I think he really means well, but it often times doesn’t end well for the organization. Outside of the Peyton Manning era we have been a subpar to average team. Ballard is only still here because he doesn’t push back against Irsay when he wants to make an emotionally charged decision.

With that all being said Jim still loves the team and city it just often doesn’t end with good results. Ballard does need to go im just not sure how much of a difference it will make.
