Please put AR in now. We have seen enough of Flacco. He was good when defenses didn't game plan for him but he is not working out when defenses have an entire week to prepare for him.

Two things can be true at the same time…Flacco is not good and obviously not the answer 

 

At the same time, AR may not be taking the coaching, putting in the necessary time on details to make the needed improvements to his play. 
 

This franchise can’t get out of their own way the last few years it seems

You can’t sit there and say Flacco gives you best chance to win and have him playing like this. It’s a terrible look. Shane should be fired
