Its unbelievable to me how chris ballard is able to finesse jimy irsay the colts fans and media going on 9 years and keep his job.  He is never held accountable for his poor rosters 3 years in a row bottom 5 defense horrible offense and poor coaching choices .

Yeah, it would have been much worse if they started Richardson.  The offense probably wouldn’t have got into the red zone, much less scored a TD.

Jacoby Brissett (2019): He stepped in as the starter after Luck's sudden departure.

 

Philip Rivers (2020): A veteran presence brought in for one year, leading them to the playoffs.

 

Carson Wentz (2021): Traded from the Eagles, his time with the Colts was short-lived.

 

Matt Ryan (2022): Acquired in a trade from the Falcons, he was released after one season.

 

Sam Ehlinger (2022): He started a couple of games in 2022 amidst the quarterback struggles.

 

Nick Foles (2022): Also saw some action in 2022 due to injuries and ineffective play.

This was a total fail. Ballard and Steichen are both going to be gone after this season. I just don’t know what coach and GM are going to want to come here. 
 

We could have done this with AR. I was willing to give Steichen benefit of the doubt but not anymore. Another pretty solid defensive effort waisted.

He looked bad against TEN too. Took some DPIs and MPJ going into hero mode on contested catches. 
 

Not looking forward to the Monday morning QB calls to re-insert AR.

The defense scored a touchdown and got two picks. Held the Vikings to 0 first half points.

The offense never even got into the red zone.

I'm not gonna blame the play calling or the run blocking. I'm just gonna say that the Vikings defense is that good.

I think Irsay needs to dump the whole front office and coaching staff and start over and give AR one more chance with a new coach that hopefully knows what he’s doing.  It would be nice if they could find a proven coach rather than taking chances on first time coaches like they have done for their last four coaches, five if you count Saturday.

As ugly as this was, if AR was playing it would’ve been worse.

 

how you ask? Because he would’ve have had more 3 and outs than Flacco and that would’ve tired out the defense really quick and they wouldn’t have played as well as they did.

Absolutely do not care about this loss. I gave up on this clown show of an organization when they benched AR after 10 flipping games. I hope everyone gets fired and Irsay steps down. Maybe his daughters will know not to meddle
