I think your head is in the right place, but this has already been done. in 2010, the first overall pick, San Bradford, QB from Oklahoma, received a 6 year contract worth $78 mill with $50 mill guaranteed. Owners and the NFLPA hammered out a new rookie wage scale in the off season with every rookie slot had a specific dollar value. Veteran players were tired of rookies coming in and getting much bigger deals than the vets. It was poison in the locker room. In 2011, Cam Newton received a deal of 4 years $22mill. All of it guaranteed. In 2012, Andrew Luck received a 4 year deal worth $23 mill — $1 mill more. All guaranteed. And every year the first pick goes up $1 mill more. And every pick is slotted. No more holdouts. So this has been going on since 2011. If it’s been tweaked or updated since then, and it may have, I’m unaware of the new details. But it has been a hit with the players. It has out locker rooms in balance. -

The game will eventually slow down and instead of thinking things will be automatic resulting in more throws on time. It’s looking like the game is starting to slow down for him. -

Is granson fast for a tight end? ballard may think he can be a pass catching te. granson is small to be a tight end but was a good receiving te in college. imo he may still develop into a good pass catching te if he is used in shorter routes or quick hitters -
I will say right now AR is the Colts most dangerous player.
