Medium rare all the way

ribeye or strip generally. We don’t splurge very often. I keep a half beef in a freezer every year and have plenty of steakhouse grade dinners at home at a fraction of the cost. Kids are too young for the splurging. They are happy with a few bites of steak and whatever compliment (chicken nuggets, peas, and butter noodles usually) to go along with it.
