Texans Colts Week 1 Predictions

Im expecting Texans game plan will look similar to Rams game plan from last year. Nacua ate us alive and Stafford sat back for most of the game with no pressure. Ran a lot of 4 and 5 WR to flood the zones. We need pressure and need to put hands on these guys

I definitely don't think Houston can stop us on the ground. Run game should be productive. Passing game will pop as well as long as the run game is moving the right way. I'm not as confident if AR is just dropping back throwing a lot.

I have to predict a Colt loss today because the nfl loves to beat us on opening week. And this year is another double whammy opening. week loss as it is a divisional opponent. We are better than the texans but just won 't get it done today.

    • I know there’s a lot of concerns and issues currently with the Colts recently mainly on the defensive but let’s talk about some of the positives developments that seem to be overlooked.   It seems like we got our future C to replace Kelly. He has looked good. Alec Pierce is on pace for a career year and looks to finally be flourishing. OL as a whole has been one the best in the league after a slump in 22.  Feel free to add any other positive developments you’ve seen.
    • He has an super ability. Perhaps the strongest arm.  And done a good job running for TD's.   Then he is about a 5+ on a 10 scale so far.  A long way to go.   Will he ever carry his team In the playoffs?
    • I knew when they retained Bradley it would be bad... but on pace to setting the all time record. good grief
    • I think NBA wins with league pass though.. If i wanna watch a random Blazers game wed night, I can pay 4.99 or whatever to watch that game... at least this is how it used to be.   But yes, I agree the whole streaming service/sports is getting tiring... I'll just sail the 7 seas.
    • At the risk of piling on Colts' D, it's allowing 419.2 yards/game and 262.2 pass yards/game. If it maintains that, both will rank No. 2-worst in club history. And it's a long history. From Chap   Put that in perspective people. Anyone who defends Ballard or Gus has to have their heads examined. After 8 years, this team is actually wayyyyyyyyyyyy worse than when he took over.....It really is Irsay's fault at this point. As I said before, Ballard wont fire himself but he has destroyed this team and turned it into a huge mess and rebuild. If we fired him today, it would be at least 3 years before we could really compete and that's with a lot of luck. Damn shame and it's really unfortunate for some good players and coaches.
