This is exactly what I was hoping would happen when he was signed and some were calling him washed. I still think Fries is better overall but like I also said Glow just had to be better than Tucker to be an upgrade. The man had a monster game Sunday and had a lot to do with getting the run game going again. Glad he’s back and wouldn’t mind if Ballard gave him a one or two year deal to be backup. -

Pierce was open all over the field last year. Minshew couldn't hit him crossing right in front of him and didn't have the arm to hit him anywhere else. Now we have AR that is fraction slow getting the ball there on time and on target. Cross our fingers. We are going to need a really good defense to help carry the load. That will Never happen with Ballard. -

Surtain should defend Pittman very well. That keeps AR completing his typical 10 or passes. So that would be nothing like a Winston offense. We will do well scoring 13 points in Denver. One would think their ROOKIE will do well against our D. -
Yeah that’s a good point that I never thought of. My only argument would be that tackling was also an Issue when Flus was here. Also for what it’s worth, I don’t ever remember prime Leonard missing tackles. Scheme for sure plays a part, but it’s also just talent. We’ve also seen RBs get past the D-line and when the LBs come in to clean stuff up they are just straight up whiffing. I mean Franklin and Speed were 7th and 6th round picks respectively.
