Nope, I'm in NW ohio. Lived in Ft Wayne for 20+ years while working as an RN. Moved back to Ohio after I got sick and had to quit working.

Probably. QB sneak is OK but no assistance from behind OR only the last movement of ball carrier before assistance counts. If that’s the case, it should apply to RBs too.
