What makes you say? Serious question. He could have run one more play but it is not certain that the offense would have moved up to get a better FG try.

Compared to most Iowa games, this game is downright riveting.

For perspective, Minshew is at 58% completion with two (at least) dropped passes that hit receivers in the hands, plus a pass that should have been a TD.

It’s his flat trajectory while throwing. Needs a little air to give his WRs a better chance

Minshew has been just a couple inches off from hitting big plays when rolling out. Hopefully he can hit some of those second half.
