Quenton Nelson questionable, Zack Moss set to play for Colts

...News about left guard Quenton Nelson isn’t quite as positive. Nelson is listed as questionable due to a toe injury that kept him out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday. He was able to return as a limited participant on Friday, however...

Y’know, I looked up predictions for this game, and nobody made the huge point that Houston’s OL is critically unhealthy right now.  They lost their staring RT (Fant) during the game Sunday, and he was their highest rated OL.  They’re likely shifting Josh Jones, who’s been on the team for 3 weeks and started at LG Sunday, to RT for our game.  And a player who only played ST last year will start at LG…

I don’t like their chances of doing anything on offense if Buckner, Zaire, Grover, and Shaqius Leonard are dominating them…

I expect our front to be dominate. hopefully Ebuakam gets some pressure this game against a depleted unit

Wishing is for fishing but I sure hope 🙏 Ogletree gets a lot of healthy playing time. No Mac and not much Granson works for me.

I agree to no Mac, I would like too see more TEs involved in a high passing game. Why not so much of Granson?

Ogletree had his status removed so he will be able to play. Hope this doesn’t mean Nelson won’t be able to go,

Yeah. The addition of Hambright makes me think maybe no Nelson?

and Granson with a hamstring? How did he get hurt? Walking onto the airplane? we may really need Ogletree then (or at least keep Will Mallory active)

Oh well, next man up!

Could just be insurance in case it gets worse during the game. Excited to see what Mallory can do.

Quenton Nelson Out for Texans?

The Indianapolis Colts made a roster move on Saturday that may have tipped their hands regarding Quenton Nelson.

...On Saturday afternoon, the Colts may have tipped their hands on Nelson's status by elevating guard Arlington Hambright from the practice squad to Sunday's 48-man active roster...

...While the promotion of Hambright could be unrelated to the status of Nelson, it certainly casts even more doubt on the five-time Pro Bowler's availability on Sunday in Houston...
