Why didn't Jeff Saturday pull Matt Ryan when Dak Prescott was pulled?

I missed the final 6-7 minutes of the game. 
 

But when I woke up the next morning? there was a Yahoo Sports article blasting Saturday for not removing Ryan from the game.   Said it looks like JS was punishing MR for playing badly.   So, from the outside looking in, it was another very bad look for the Franchise this terrible year.   Very disappointing.  
 

The risk to Ryan if a serious injury should have been reason enough to remove him.   Can’t stress this enough:  if Ryan suffers a serious injury late in the season and can’t pass a physical in early-late March then Ryan is due $35m.   The Colts want to avoid this at all costs.   Someone should clue JS into this.

Jeff did answer this question in his press conference. Instead of guessing you could just go and listen to what he said.

I think Frank was fired for the overall listless performances of the entire team week after week, not the starting QB situation which was clearly not his decision.
