Tennessee started 0-2 and now have won 7 of 8..unreal.You watch I’m calling it now they will somehow get the number 1 seed again in the AFC.

They have a SB quality defense.  They only gave up 56 yds rushing.  Their run D is now number one in the NFL.

The best offense in the league only put 20 on them in 5Qs.

I want to see how they play Cincy next week.  That should be interesting.

Dont we have a Vikings fan that posts here? I hope they beat Dallas on Sunday. It would be great to see Dallas collapse and ill be rooting for Minnesota to beat New England on Thanksgiving. I want the Patriots to fall apart too lol.

A couple of us are here. I don't think Vikings are that good, they certainly play well, like 2017 when Rodgers was injured and we went to NFCCG with Keenum. But, they've won a lot of close games, sometimes luck with good play at right timing like the fumble recovery at 1-yard line at Buffalo. Before you know, they'd also lose close games, and team may look bad losing from winning position as well. The wins do not look sustainable, but are just fun. I think Eagles, 49ers, Cowboys or even Bucs and Seahawks could compete well in the playoffs. Giants might surprise too. I think Vikings will lose 2 or 3 more games to end the season.

Packers have got a couple of receivers who may just need more time to be consistent for Rodgers. I don't think Rodgers should go elsewhere, he still has his best games to play. He should play as long as he could or wants before retiring. They may need to work on getting their run game and defense consistent by next season. Dillon suddenly has become non-threatening this season. I think the loss of Zadarius Smith has hurt the defense, they need to find a replacement for him. I think they shouldn't have let Blake Martinez go even with injuries, anyway he's retired now.

Their QB will kill any chance they have come playoff time. I called it in here the last 2 years, people will have my back there because I posted it and I am sure a few will remember what I posted. I even had Cincy beating them in the Divisional Round and posted that in here last year as well. I won some good money off that.

I think the Vikings are really the best team in the NFC.  I think the Eagles & 49ers are frauds

The next 2 weeks will see how good the Vikings are.

Rodgers isn’t that good. I always thought Brady and Mahomes we’re better than him by a mile.

Thought AR should have left last year.

They look like a couple who want a divorce, but stay together for the money...

Rogers is definitely looking like he's playing his way out of green bay. He's too great for his offense to be so bad....and its  not just because of losing Adams...... Maybe he's a Colt in '23?

The Vikes  seem to rise up and play like serious contenders every few seasons but then fail when it matters most. There are a couple of other NFC teams this year that the football gods will prefer going to the Super Bowl.

Vikings need HFA throughout to get to the SB IMO. If they get the #1 seed, I would favor them at that point.

He did but I still don't trust Tannehill in the playoffs. Same ol' story is coming watch and see. I was wrong about us winning the division so I give Tannehill and the Titans credit there but when playoff time rolls around, I see one and done again.

All-time I have Rodgers in my top 6, he just doesn't have it this year. My top 6 all-time would be:

1. Tom Brady

2. Joe Montana

3. Peyton Manning

4. Johnny Unitas

5. John Elway

6. Aaron would be here. He is better than Favre IMO.

-Talent, Stats, MVP's, SB MVP's, SB wins, overall win shares, clutch factor, eye test, and leadership.

Mahomes despite not having the longevity yet, is a top 15 QB of all-time IMO (best today). He has won an MVP, SB MVP, won a SB, been to 2 SB's, been to 4 straight AFC Title Games, and has a season where he has thrown for 5000 yards and 50 TD's - only Peyton has done both in 1 season.

Aaron IMO, won't get that 2nd SB win as a starter so people may have him ranked lower than I do but Dan Marino never won 1 and I have Marino in my top 10.

I’d take Josh Allen too. He is going to win a couple rings before he retires.

Buffalo was my before season pick to win the SB but to be mentioned as an all-time great as in top 25ish ever, Josh needs the hardware and a couple of MVP's. Mahomes is just rare because he has already accomplished more than a lot of QB's have in 10 years of play in history. QB's that never won a SB like Matt Ryan and Philip Rivers are in my top 25 of all-time based on stats, leadership, and durability mainly, also eye test. Matt Ryan has won an MVP and should have a SB win as well.

I have never understood why guys like this just don't Uber if they want to party. They have the money and resources to do so. When I drink, I drink at home and I go nowhere. Todd Downing is probably like one of those immature dumb dumb's that blow by me going 100 MPH with beer in hand on the interstate when I am just trying to go to work.

My guess is they were partying to hard on the  plane ride back and he got in his car to go home. Just dumb.

They could have HFA thru out and opposing team be Blindfolfed, and it would be doubtful they go to the Super Bowl. They are similar to the Colts, they are just  not desirable to the powers that be to make it to the SB regardless of talent..

That's just my opinion of course and don't have anything against them. :goodluck:

I'm not going back to unitas  days.....but imo, Rogers is as good as any QB the last 50 years.

I know many use SB's and SB mvps as a measuring stick but I don't, and everyone here knows how I feel about all the tainted sb's  from Brady & belichek, so to me he's not even considered.....especially not on the eye test.

I would have Rogers narrowly on top with Peyton, Marino, and of course Bert Jones all close together.

I knocked elway down because 1. he dominated a very weak AFC and get Blowed out by the nfc in the super bowl and 2. he set us back decades by refusing to play for us.

Montana was.excellent but benefited playing for a great HC, owner, and superior rosters..Steve Young came in and replaced him and the 49ers didn't miss a beat.

Mahomes  is a special talent and could easily wind up in Top 10 or even Top 5......but his stats may say best ever but passing & receiving stats are skewed because of much increase in passing.

Big thing IMO is that GB couldn't run at all. IIRC, YPC was under 3.0 or around 3ish... Not saying AR was great, but he did enough.

I’m actually pulling for the Vikings to come out of the NFC now since we’re done for. I think it would be awesome to see them beat Dallas this Sunday then New England Thanksgiving.

It will be tough, but if they play competitive against Cowboys, Patriots and Jets that would be a great progress. All these games are at home, so should help. We'll get to know if they can really be a force in playoffs or not.

Last time the Vikes were in a SB was 1977!!!

I would like for them to make it but history says probably not.

Well the colts went in 2009 and your packers went and won in 2011.....so that's not too long ago..(especially compared to the Vikes). And packers are Relevant just about every season. It's puzzling AR has won only 1 SB but that's the NFL and regardless of that I think in his prime  he may have been the GOAT?? .......and not a bad Jeopardy host too..

Actually the first place I visited within US after coming over there for work was Green Bay, on the way to spend time in Washington Island for a long weekend as my friend lives there. I got to see the stadium even before I knew about American football, and had visited few times later. It was nice place to be around.. Looks like the weather is bit cold this year earlier than usual around these parts. Do you go to a game every year in person?

Posted

Pats play jets and Vikings next two weeks. I could see them losing both these games and taking themselves out of playoff contention.  Colts have a important game this weekend. Especially with chargers playing KC. Although chargers are getting back both Williams and Allen it looks like and KC is down a couple.

I don’t know about that, Rodgers can do some plays that is just like magic.

Arodgers12, some Packers fans are calling for Jordan Love to start and Matt LeFleur to be fired. Do you think the team should go with Love , and change coaching staff, especially if the Packers miss the playoffs?

Yes I definitely do. We need to go with Love next week.

I don't think AR will take it kindly. As long as he's healthy, he'd like to play, he may concede one last week to Love.

Other than that, is not it important to build chemistry for Rodgers with his rookie receivers? He was getting along with Doubs, then he got injured. He just seems to be getting good rapport with Watson. Unless Packers want to move away from Rodgers next off-season, they will need to get Rodgers in page with his new receivers so it would help next season.

If they're gonna part ways after this season though, it will be good to see what Love could do. In that case, Rodgers will not go without expressing his displeasure known to everyone.

Aaron is reaching that age were some QBs talent starts to deteriorate. His pinpoint accuracy seems off. Has anyone else thought this?

Matt LaFleur has one of the best records ever. They want him fired because the team is doing poorly this year??? Fans are ridiculous. Not having Davante Adams has been a big loss. How is that LaFleur's fault?

I think Rodgers would do well with most other teams. (No, I don't think the Colts should sign Rodgers.)
