If the Titans want to have a chance of staying in this game Willis is going to need plays that might take advantage of his skill set.so far in his development..... and that's his legs. Pocket passing is not going to cut it. A Lemar  Jackson type of playbook if they don't want to get blown out.....but a blowout will be hard to.avoid regardless.

Spot on. Now that they’ve to honor Willis’ legs, Henry runs wild

Better play calling there, showing Willis's talent and Henry doing what Henry does.

Titans are tough.....they need to be tonight.

If you have the O-line toughness, you can get it going. Titans have OL toughness in spades

Hell I would keep Tannehill on the bench if Willis can play like this.

Henry is a bull dozer. He is a bigger version of Emmitt Smith.

Yes, his legs are better than Tannehill and this is what I’m talking about good coaches game planning to player’s strengths.

Nice drive.

Henry the man and Willis helped too.

Nice game.so far.

Surprising but hey I have to give Tennessee credit, they are playing good. They took the Clubber Lang knockout punch early and survived it. They have the momentum now.

I think they withheld Willis’ passing and rushing plays vs Texans, not wanting to give film for the Chiefs. If that’s the case, Vrabel gets my hat tipped. Irsay should watch how a real coach game plans for his player’s strengths.

The more I think about it, I want to draft a QB that is fast and can run but A BIG BUT can throw accurately. Tennessee plays with heart, we don't and that is the difference between us and them. Taylor was just as great as Henry was last year and our Line played hard, this season we are lackluster. Tennessee just keeps playing hard and so does Henry.

This is one of the few games I tuned in to see this season other than colts. I'm enjoying it...you guys probably remember how much I wanted Ballard to draft willis....and then he fell to late 3rd round and still we didn't get him.

Regardless how he turns out its disappointing he's not a colt and wasn't given a chance with us.

Anyway lets.enjoy the game from two good, well coached teams.

When I watched Fields today all I could think about  was he should of been a colt: he might of been had rivers given us one more year and we never traded for Carson.

With Bills losing today is the winner of this game the number one seed? I believe bills best KC already . But would titans be the 1 if they win?

Titans W would be mean #1 IIRC Same record, and same conf record, but TN would have a better div record.

If KC W, Buf would stay #1.

If KC L, same record with LAC, but 1 better in div record (will play each other in 2 weeks). Would still drop to 4th. Balt with the same record, but better div and conf record.

Buffalo beat Tennessee and KC so at 6-2 the Bills would still be #1. Head to head is the #1 tiebreaker.

Well coached teams always seem to find good luck.

When you don’t make many mistakes, the other teams stop being patient and push a little outside their comfort zone and make mistakes.

Vrabel’s Titans remind me of the early 2000 Patriots. 60 minutes on O, D and ST and not shooting yourselves in the foot

They don't beat themselves, well normally they don't. In the Playoffs is when Tannehill stinks it up with dumb INT's.

I have heard they have the best Barbecue.

It gives me a reason to visit Kansas City.

haha  You really dislike Tannehill, no? I think he is pretty good, especially since coming to Tennessee. I did not like him when he was with the Dolphins. He plays with a lot more leadership since coming to the Titans.

I don't dislike him as a person and I think he is a middle of the pack QB (14-16 range). Reason why I bash him from time to time is, he stinks in the playoffs. My uncle is a huge Titans fan and he says the same thing. Henry is what makes the engine goes, Titans are also well coached which can't be underestimated.

My brother has claimed the Chiefs as his favorite team.

    • It's great for Indy to host the combine. Not only the income to the city but having the draft crew working from home is easier than working from a hotel room somewhere else.
    • Personally I think at least 1 QB needs to be drafted in every draft for the Colts.  We have seen what not having a back up plan can result in. There is one thing that Belichick got right was drafting a QB a few times over Bradys carrier.  Belichick used them not only backing up Brady but as trade bait.
    • Napoleon complex minus the genius tag, greatest conqueror, rewrote the charter snd so on. But hey, he has a great mustache, I guess!!
    • Actually, I think it was The Colts Blue Zone but it wasn't Bring the Juice. I listen to Colts Audio Network, Kevin Bowen, Cover 2 Colts and Colts Blue Zone. I find they just don't throw things out there. They just said Minshew is not like the media portrays him to be.
    • I agree the injury really put him behind because as a rookie he needed the offseason more than any of the other rookie QBs drafted in the first round to clean up his mechanics and focus on improving his accuracy. When he had to focus on rehab, it limited his ability to focus on that area. I do think they will give him another season as the QB, so he can go this offseason with the knowledge of his deficiencies from this season and try to improve in those areas. If he does show improvement he’ll be our QB if he doesn’t then they will be looking for a new QB in 2026 draft. The key is during the offseason it will be on AR to strive for improvement and put in the work, that’s what makes a top QB putting in the work when no one is watching you and what your internal motivation is. Ultimately it’s that internal drive that makes a player the best.
