Now that you've shown your true colors, I'd expect nothing less than ad hominems and hissies from you. You can't really back your viewpoint and can't handle someone disagreeing, so you get in a snit about it. Speaks for itself, sadly.

But hey if you want to be a Carmichael shill and cling to 700 yds/yr being greatness, even in the 70s or so era, knock yourself out. I doubt you'll find many who agree, but whatever. Excuse me or anyone else for having an opinion that disagrees with yours.

Not to interrupt somebody else's argument, but Carmichael is in the Hall of Fame.  Somebody's got to think he was a pretty good player.

Cross is billed as a "thumper" - good tackler, athletic, but weak coverage skills. Colts again go for the athleticism and upside over pure skills. If they can coach him up, great pick.

Was waiting to drop that additional piece of info to show HC was a lot better than an “OKish” WR.  Thank you though @John Hammonds

Rangy safety, nice

He's got a lot of straight line speed, but he's got tight hips, so I wouldn't consider him rangy. He's much more of a downhill enforcer.

I think we will sign TY here after the draft. We need a vet in the room and there is room for him still.

Doubt it room is too full already, Patmon,Harris and Coutee scrapping for 1 spot as it is.

Hello!!   Please post trade details ASAP!!

The Colts traded the #179 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft and a 2023 third-round pick (not the conditional third-round pick acquired from Washington in the Carson Wentz trade) to the Denver Broncos for the #96 overall pick.

This trade surprised me! I was just about to go to bed and wait for day three thinking the action was over for the night.  Nick Cross is a good pick and could compete for one of the starting spots if he works on his coverage skills.  He has the speed to keep up with most receivers and he is a good tackler.

Excellent pick by the Jets. They haven't had much of anything at TE for a long long time...yeah they signed Uzomah (sp?) but Ruckert is doubling down and I think well better than him. Jets O is also massively transformed.

I’m now guessing….  That tomorrow we will trade our own 5, pick 159 along with a 2023 fifth round pick to get into the bottom of the 4th round.

I hope from there, we’re taking a Corner or a DL.

I think a player for the defensive interior like Thomas Booker from Stanford would be a nice pick.  It also wouldn't hurt to take a look at another OL to provide more depth.

I agree.  With the select of Nick Cross, my dream of getting Smoke Monday is probably over.  But Tariq Woolen is still out there.  Coby Bryant is still out there.  Josh Jobe is still out there.  I can see a late round DB in our future.

    • Week 1- We should have beaten Houston without him... did We? Week2- We surley could've beaten Jags without him....Did we? Week3- Nobody knows if we going too lose regardless.... I say we win sunday!!   Even if we win doesn't make this team better than the tie and loss we just had the past 2 weeks.. IMO   Lmao....
    • I dont gamble.... like ever... but chiefs are only 5.5 point favored? I'l take the Chiefs to cover that for $1,000 please Alex.
    • I only meant... at least he would have been available to play
    • Easily a 1. We've had a large enough sample size with Ballard and Reich to now know this isn't just an exception to the rule. This is the norm. We won't put up 0 points again because Pittman and Pierce are back, so the offense will probably put up 10 points or so, but I have no interest in watching this team get beat by 3 TDs by a vastly superior QB when our GM is just getting band-aids at QB for us.    It also seems every QB that is on another team that was with us is doing better or got worse here under Reich. That's not to mention I know there will be some stupid playcalling that will handicap us even worse in an already difficult game. I went to the casino today and tripled my money in a poker tourney ($50 to $150). I may go back and try to do the same tomorrow after setting my fantasy lineups.    There comes a time when you have to say enough is enough. I'm doing that with this team until Reich is fired (and I'm hoping Ballard too). They want to always be the smartest guys in the room, even if it goes against conventional wisdom. I love this team and will always be a fan, but I'm not married to it. I don't have an obligation to watch every week. They aren't my family or friends.    Hoping for a miracle, but i won't watch this week to find out.
    • Maybe tomorrow lol...   Funny... Indy/KC was scheduled/planned to be the national game for CBS... after L to Jax, changed it...  lol
