The Raider trade for Davante Adams

Packers get 1st round pick (22) and a second round pick (53). Adam's signs a  5-year, $141.25M deal  Raiders also got the top pass rusher in FA (Jones). But, at least we have all this cap space.

receiver money is getting crazy.  Teams need to draft a WR in the first 3 rounds of the draft every year. Need a star on a rookie deal at all times in order to afford a solid receiving unit.

Playoff teams and close playoff teams are swinging for the fences now more than ever it seems.  Didn't think that Josh put a lot of stock in WRs, or maybe he has learned what he was missing all of those years in NE.

Not paying Mariota anymore

Carr is only 22M

Waller is on a decent contract

Renfrow rookie contract

LT Miller reworked contract

Maxx Crosby low cap number after new deal

 

They do have 23M in dead money but that is spread out over the next two years. Ruggs still counts against their cap it looks like.
