With the Vikings currently smacking the living daylights on the Steelers, the colts just need the Chargers, Bengals, or Bills to lose to move up to 7.

Chargers vs Giants

Bengals vs 49ers

Bills vs Bucs

Chargers are losing to giants

Thought all along this would be the week we moved into top 7. Going in we were tied with Pitt but above on AFC tiebreaker though their tie all but assured they would be in a tiebreaker when all teams had equal games played. Now they are officially .5 behind us.  Bills in trouble, Bengals sinking, Chargers should win though down important covid pieces....We should be sitting at 6 when it shakes out.

All their skill players have ?s.

Ekeler banged up, and top 2 WRs with covid issues.

NY has all their skill players with ?s too.

Might see a JV game.

Mike Glennon. That's all I'm gonna say

Playing the long game it would really help the Colts if the 49ers can beat the Bengals this week.  That could open the door for 9-8 to get the Colts in the playoffs if things fall right for the Colts and the Colts can’t beat the Pats or Cards.

SF should get Deebo back. He makes a huge difference. Will be interesting to see how burrows  finger is.

It would be really nice to win the next three and maybe that jags game won’t matter.

Any game against an AFC South opponent matters in the sense that we need to stomp their heads in based on principle, especially if it’s the Titans. No mercy for our three “neighbors”

Yeah we are currently 8th. We have the tiebreaker over the Bills and Broncos. We beat the Bills head to head, and regarding the Broncos we both have the same common opponent record = 2-1. We have the better the Conference record which is the next tiebreaker. So if the Broncos beat the Lions and move to 7-6 no biggy. If the Bills lose to Tampa which is likely, we move into 7th and would be in the playoffs through 14 weeks.

This is how big the Steelers loss was last night, ESPN now has them at 10% making the playoffs. A lot of that has to do with their schedule, they still play at KC and at Baltimore. I hate the Steelers, glad they are cooked.

Looks like Ben hung around a bit too long.  Can't say I feel bad watching them fall apart!

We really need to beat the Pats next week.  We could be in the driver's seat if we do.  If not, well we will still be hoping for too many things to go our way.

We need to find a way to go at least 10-7. We do that we will get in. Broncos have a tough schedule left, still play at LA Chargers and play KC. Browns who are also 6-6 play a really hard schedule too, Ravens and at Packers left. We own the tiebreaker over the Browns because against common opponents they are 1-1, we are 2-1 beat the Texans twice. We also have the better conference record. If we beat the Pats and move to 8-6 my guess is ESPN will have us at 75% of making the playoffs. I would agree with that. If we lose to the Pats we almost have to win the last 3, that would be scary. I think we will beat the Raiders and Jags, Cards on the other hand is :dunno:. Cards have had a great regular season and that game is in Arizona. I still don't think they are better than Tampa or GB but it is close.

About to just put in a 3 game parlay for the bengals, chargers and bucs to win. That way we can guarantee the Colts will move up to 7. :D

As long as the Bills lose = Bucs beat them we are 7th no matter what the other teams do. We have the tiebreaker over the Broncos and Browns even if they move to 7-6. Raiders play the Chiefs this week that is a loss and we still play the Raiders so I am not worried about them at 6-6 as of now. They will be 6-7 after Sunday.

....and when Belichek beats the the colts on Saturday we'll drop out of top 7 I guess.

The playoffs will depend on the last 3 games, going in at 7-7 and probably need to win the last 3 to finish 10-7 to make it?

Patriots aren’t rolling teams right now. We’re the healthiest we’ve been all season, and they’ve got injuries. Not saying we’ll run them over, but it isn’t a foregone conclusion that we’ll lose. Have some faith.
