They kept running the ball despite a 9 man box and won. Who would've thought that?

Totally strange game with the weather and all, but shows why Belichick is a genius. His time management and making sure Buf had the wind coming at them most of the time was masterful.

Yeah there was another team that beat the Bills this year, in bad weather, in Buffalo, while the Bills played a loaded box most of the game, and that team won by 26 points. Can’t remember who that team was though, seems to have slipped my mind

Well, the Bills are off to get the doors blown off of them in Tampa Bay next weekend.

So, now that I'm back to my old ways, who are the teams with the best chances of stopping the Patriots in the playoffs? Ravens and Chiefs?

I actually think you guys match up well against the Bucs. Josh Allen just needs to have a good game with good weather against a terrible pass defense. I see that being a 30 pt game for each team that will be a toss up at the end.

I agree. The Bills could mess Brady up in warm weather, they’re built for that.

Actually Titanic, Bills are done because they aren't winning at NE.

It makes it so we don’t have to worry about who wins the division either. We will have tiebreaker over both. Must win.

We have to be Tom Brady fans Sunday. We can go ahead of Bills Sunday. This game tonight increases our chances of getting that 7th seed by the end of the weekend.

I'm sure because things always wind up like this we'll get a Patriots-Bucs Super Bowl (because isn't that exactly what this world deserves?), in that event, I am without a doubt cheering for the Bucs, I mean, what's the difference between a 7th and 8th Super Bowl for Brady at this point?

Yep look at my 3 team parlay, I had Washington over Raiders too so it wasn't easy. Colts was easy.

I'm going tell you something,  you know predicting nfl games is tough, many games are pure toss ups.....BUT Betting on Belichek & Brady on selected games is like shooting fish in a barrel!!!

I've made very good money tonight, brady over colts, Pat's over falcons and others. Plus smaller wagers on other games that the outcome benefit the Pat's, bucs, steelers too etc....

When you have a idea who the Football Gods prefer it's not rocket science.

Congrats on your parlay.

We got this now  my friend, Broncos losing was huge too. I have it at 65% now we make the playoffs. If we beat the Pats that will go up to up 80%. We will beat them, they are 1 dimensional, Mac is borderline good but can't win a game like Tom can. I don't think they can stop Taylor and they love to run and we are good against stopping the run.

Washington over Raiders is where I was genius lol, that was is what got my money. Pats and Colts winning is par for the course, they have done it for 20 years.

Sadly I agree with this post. I think the best bet to stop the Pats in the AFC is us, and the best bet to keep down the Bucs are either the Cardinals or Packers

But brady only has 1 more ring than Belichek,  so it's not like Belichek never hoisted the Lombardi.  If Belichek wins then he ties brady I guess.

If it's both of  them I probably won't know who to bet so probably won't watch. I can't stand either one but I do hate brady more.

I'm with you . Brady only gonna win his 4th MVP and play in another Superbowl. And possibly win his 8th ring not a big deal. Lol gtho. I ain't cheering for him. I'd probably still watch and not even be ashamed of cheering AGAINST Tom.

We need to be Vikings fans Thursday. A Vikings win and a Tampa win moves us up big time.

And also we go nowhere if we can't beat the team that just won with a QB completing 2 passes in an NFL game in 2021.. lol

Yeah that's not correct, we should have tried not fumbling, and holding them to under 31 points.

That as well but a few runs should have been sprinkled in between passes. The pass rusher wouldn't have been able to t off if we had

Bad weather? Your game was played in fine weather for Buffalo! This was a howling winds and snowy game.. BB even said they could have passed in the 4th they just didn’t need to.

We delved into this ad nauseam on that Reich thread so i don't want to start anything again but the central tenet of the argument against Reich passing the ball 26 times was that it was predictable, and risky, and the defense wasn't kept off balance which was of course loaded to the gills with bias. You could argue that if BB had sprinkled in a few passes here, his team would have beat Buffalo more convincingly....kind of like we did.

There is a reason why these arguments against Reich constantly seem weak, it's because every point against him can countered by pointing to some other 'good' coaches, and certainly BB.

If I was doing a power ranking right now for the AFC I would have us 2nd!

1. Chiefs

2. Colts

3. Pats

We are going to beat the Pats and I will make it my lock pick in 2 weeks. Pats are very good though, as long as we don't turn it over we will be fine. If we played the Ravens or Titans today we would take them to the woodshed.

You mean like the Colts did against the Bills?

yeah we have a trend of winning by running a lot and not throwing 40-50 times.

Frank has admitted to mistakes and changed things, you act like no one should point it out if we see something questionable.  these are the things we should talk about on a colts forum imo

Hilarious.

Patriots should crush the Colts.  The secondary will shut down an average passing attack, and the front seven will focus on Taylor.

The Colts defense will struggle much more than the Patriots’, guaranteed.

    • We can’t get through a Pittman appreciation post without turning it into a Pierce trashing.  For what it’s worth, Pierce’ rookie year output exceeded Reggie’s rookie year and nearly matched his second year output.  Most WR’s take time to develop in the NFL.  Gotta look at the good with Pierce and there have been some really good moments, including a couple grabs in the Ravens game.
    • I think Young will get it turned around when they stop having OL issues. With solid protection he will be okay.
    • This play right here catapulted my respect even more for MPJ.   MPJ's helmet came off from being stiffed arm in the face, while being double covered, knows he was going to take a huge hit, couldn't even see the ball.....still didn't drop it.            Pay the man.
    • Week 4 picks: Lions @ Packers Falcons @ Jaguars Dolphins @ Bills Broncos @ Bears Ravens @ Browns Bengals @ Titans Rams @ Colts Buccaneers @ Saints Commanders @ Eagles Vikings @ Panthers Steelers @ Texans Raiders @ Chargers  Patriots @ Cowboys Cardinals @ 49ers Chiefs @ Jets Seahawks @ Giants   I think the Bills have something to prove and will win at home. Was tempted to take the Saints, but that really depends on Carr being ready. Vikings and Chargers get their first win!   Week 1: - Week 2: - Week 3: 10-6
