Eye test are always suspect. But I place eye tests done by trained individuals (like at PFF) that do it all day everyday in higher regard than fans and media. But watching guys get burnt for example over and over, doesn't really require a lot of training to form a basic opinion.

I think we should use 2 back sets at the goal line.  Other teams do if for short yardage.

If its 3rd and 1 or 4th and 1, use a bigger body like an extra Oline (like a fullback) to block and let JT run it in.

That would be a far better 4th down  play than what we've seen.

We've been wanting Hines and Mack on the field at the same time for years.

I always said have Hines up on the line as a receiver and JT at RB.

I wouldn't be upset if Mack and JT were in at RB and Hines was lined up at WR....but it'll never happen.

No one has tried 2 backs in a long time. Not two RBs.  Some teams have FB still some times.  I really think they possibly find some things to exploit with the lighter D's with Nickel packages being the base of most teams.

I'd certainly like to see us try it.  what do we have to lose?  It puts pressure on a D if you don't know which back is getting the FB.  and all 3 of our backs can run out to catch it.

Yeah they lined up JT and Hines on one play the last game (JT as FB) and JT got the handoff and did pretty well.

It's just enough to keep the D guessing on who's getting the ball and I'd love to see it done more often.

Yeah I remember.  That was an old fashioned Belly play man and it worked.  More of that please.
