The adjustment I would make would be to only allow Frank to call plays outside the Red Zone.  Hand the play sheet to someone else once we're inside it.  Just take the headset off the man.  Put a hood over him if you have to....!!

To me Andy Reid is on the level of a Tony Dungy as far as head coaching goes = great but not on par with a Belichick, Walsh, Lombardi, Shula, Landry, Knoll, Gibbs for example who are super Elite.
