Surprised PFF is already out.

Pressure stats (adv) are still not out. May add later

Keeping it simple

Rounding up

Under 60 - Red

70+ - Blue

QB Note - nothing shocking here given what we saw

  • C Wentz QB 76 100% - 60.1

RB Note - nothing surprising here either. Thought JT was better in the passing game. Hines a bit better rushing AVG. Both below 4.0 though

  • J Taylor RB 42 55% - 60.3
  • N Hines RB 34 45% 5 21% - 69.6

TE Note - Thought both JD and MAC would be graded higher. Must have missed some blocks. MAC only got targeted twice, and neither ball was good. Though JD did well catching.

  • J Doyle TE 45 59% - 64.7
  • M Alie-Cox TE 39 51% 2 8% - 50.0
  • K Granson TE 7 9% 2 8% - NG (No Grade)

WR Note - Nothing surprising. Nice to see Strachan get the high score. Low snaps/targets but made them count.

  • M Pittman WR 74 97% - 60.8
  • Z Pascal WR 69 91% 1 4% - 64.9
  • P Campbell WR 46 61% - 62.6
  • M Strachan WR 18 24% - 75.2
  • A Dulin WR 6 8% 18 75% - NG

OL Note - Didn't think Glow played that bad, and and didn't think Kelly played that good.... Nothing shocking though. How you give up 2 sacks like JD and grade higher than Glow, IDK....

  • B Smith T 76 100% 2 8% - 60.8 (1 sack)
  • J Davenport T 76 100% 2 8% - 59.8 (2 sacks)
  • M Glowinski G 76 100% 2 8% - 50.7
  • Q Nelson G 76 100% 2 8% - 72.7
  • R Kelly C 76 100% - 67.9

iOL Note - Didn't think Buck had a good game, but he did get home. Thought he'd be graded higher. I think he did whiff on T.

  • G Stewart NT 44 81% 6 25% - 62.9
  • T Stallworth DT 7 13% 4 17% - 44.2

DE Note - Paye!!!!! Nice!!!! Great grade for not getting a sack. AQM scored higher than I thought. Poor Ben.... Didn't notice Lewis in that much. Hope to see Rochell next week.

  • K Paye DE 41 76% - 77.7
  • A Muhammad DE 38 70% - 68.0
  • T Lewis DE 29 54% - 66.7

  • D Leonard LB 54 100% 4 17% - 71.3
  • Z Franklin LB 13 24% 22 92% - 52.9

CB Note - Who would have predicted Rock high score vs Wilson/Locket/DK? Hope his performance continues. Great game 1 considering his history. Both him and Carrie really stepped up when we desperately needed them too.

  • R Ya-Sin CB 54 100% 5 21% - 63.7
  • K Moore CB 52 96% 8 33% - 56.1
  • T Carrie CB 37 69% 14 58% - 60.6
  • I Rodgers CB 6 11% 13 54% - 46.7

Blip on the OL from PFF

With Eric Fisher still working his way back to a starting spot, the Colts' line will be weaker than it should be as Julie’n Davenport mans the left tackle spot. Davenport recorded a 42.5 PFF pass-blocking grade in Week 1, surrendering six total pressures. The good news is that Quenton Nelson returned from his foot surgery and still looks like a dominant force.

Not good when backup UDFA does this

Defensive Line (Seattle)

It was a career day for defensive tackle Bryan Mone. The former UDFA — and part-time player in 2020 — broke out with the highest-graded game of his career. He registered three pressures on 14 pass-rushing snaps and notched a ridiculous five run stops.

Offensive Line (Colts)

Julie’n Davenport was a mess on the left side of the Colts' line today, even against the Seahawks' mediocre pass rush. Pending review, the veteran tackle gave up two sacks, two hits and four hurries en route to a 36.9 pass-blocking grade.
