Pulling hair not a penalty

  I was watching the Titans /Bucs and noticed a on the Bucs player with long hair and wondered if it was legal to tackle by it. 
  My suspicion was that it was legal (remembering Edge cutting his locks), but I didn’t know if it had changed to being illegal.

   Got my answer. Makes sense, how the heck would you tackle somebody with long hair, if you couldn’t pull their hair? It really an unfair advantage.
