I found this to be better except it doesn't let you see the players you have drafted so far, you have to keep track of it.

The best part I like about this is as your pick comes closer, it will offer you trades from other GMs. I always reject anything from a future year, LOL. You can pause the draft any time you want, look at your team needs if you didn't know it (as a casual fan), and then resume it as well.
