He doesn't have a 3. Trading 21 and 54 gets us up to 13 I doubt he falls that far I'd rather just keep 54 take Eichenberg at 21 -

IDK. The guys a NB, and we have Kenny (one of the better NBs in the league), and look to be trying to re-sign Carrie (very high end NB depth). I would agree we might go after him if we were a CB1 or 2 type of guy, but we seem to have NB covered. If Carrie is not brought back, I can see it. If he goes undrafted, I think he'd be a no brainer UDFA. -

Interesting read @stitches, I like how they said the Nelson pick was as good as it gets, but because of positional value, the ceiling for a generational guard is only the 93rd percentile. Then later on, point out that it's really all just manipulation of numbers, and that it could be great coaching/scheme/veteran leadership that is taking average picks from a GM and making them look like great picks when the system works. Like those things are just afterthoughts when considering the success of a TEAM sport... The most interesting thing was that Loomis has been the Saints GM for so long. He's had a pretty good run of drafting the last 14 years. Almost like he's getting better the more experience he gets... If Ballard spends the next decade drafting for the Colts like he has the last 4 years, and his locker room has top-notch coaching, scheme, and leadership... -

Row is an interesting guy. I like his resume, but it is a bit confusing. His latest stop (App St) was only a year, but if anyone is interested in their scheme, Here's a decent read. https://matchquarters.com/2020/07/06/mq-film-study-app-state-vs-unc-2019/ Hard to know exactly what scheme he feels at home in given his career hops. Regardless, I'm sure he's here to carry out Flus's scheme. I know App St played 2 high and also rip/liz (similar to us). The front was different though (3-4 with anchor/dog). My biggest hope is that he either is successful at transitioning RYS from a press man guy to a zone guy, or finds a new role for him, be it as NB, dime, or S. Would also love to see what he can do with Rodgers. -

I think Wentz should be happy to be a Colt. He shouldn’t need to ask to wear number 11. I know he asked Pitman and was shot down and took it like a champ. I appreciate that Wentz didn’t scream Im a Diva and I have to have number 11. But Wentz performance last season was awful. Doesn’t matter if philly WR sucks or there Oline sucks etc.. Wentz just needs to put on whatever the number/Jersey is handed to him and go out there and show the world you are an Elite QB and That Philly was the problem.
