Still amazes me that Luck has a Super Bowl contending team ready to go and a great offensive line and he won't even consider giving it another run. Can he really live with that down the road? I think he will regret it later in life if he never comes back.

I think he's perfectly happy retired

He doesn’t seem like the kind of person that will regret his decision to move on.  I’m sure he misses football at times but not changing careers.  Luck had a flip phone forever.  I think he values things differently than almost other players.

He certainly is no Tom Brady, that's for sure.

Chances are Ballard moves down with a late first anyway. So having 2 seconds this year and day two thirds next year could prove to be way valuable. Unless your picking in the top fifteen it’s smart to get more picks. Ballard has proven to draft well.

So let me make sure I'm clear

Colts trade 21 1 and 22 1

Eagles trade Wentz 21 2 and 22 2 or 3?

Yes I don't like that deal at all

Maybe I'm reading it wrong

I read it as

2 Colts 1s for Wentz, PTBN, and at least one other pick

or

2 Colts 1s for Wentz, 2 PTBN and 1 pick

Unless that other player is somebody that fills another pressing need for us, I really don’t like the idea of giving up 2 firsts for Wentz.

That said, we all know that Ballard loves using first round picks as currency to get more/better players.
