Aaron Rodgers Tuesday is not gonna be fun on the Pat Macafee show this week.

Same reason Colts fans would. I am a fan of the game. If I perceive teams to be cheating, I dislike them. I stopped watching the NBA because it seemed that some games were rigged.   I have r

You know Brady's 3 picks won't be held against him today, but Peyton gets blasted into oblivion if he hits a WR on the chest in the playoffs and the receiver drops it...

I kinda feel bad for you. If y'all win seeing brady.. again

He grabbed the jersey but both teams have been doing it all day and nothing has been called and now they call it. Just really a mind screw.

But the officials were calling it both ways..,until they decided Tampa Bay needed to go to the Super Bowl

We missed you. Your fellow Bills fans were posting here a couple of weeks ago.

Didn't think the Bucs had a SB run in them this year, so I didn't think my services were needed on gamedays. Maybe I'll be back for the Super Bowl?

Which even if the Chiefs win tonight, I'm pulling them them against the Bucs.

Surprised the Packers didn't go for it.

I agree and was a little perplexed by that.

I feel that whole last set of downs was mismanaged by GB...too much forcing into the endzone when they should have been more methodical

Bucs are gonna win fair and square

You guys can laugh all you want about this but the bottom line is GB would have a chance if they didn't look awful on 3rd downs early.

Let’s just face facts, the nfl wants Brady and Mahomes in the Super Bowl so they can have a marketing wet dream.

That and Tampa Bay playing the SB at their home stadium #10 for Brady

Why did Green Bay settle for a field goal instead of going for it on 4th?  That call will probably come back to haunt them.

Face it: the Football Gods like Tom Brady. Unless he offends them somehow, prepare  to look for more of the same in the Super Bowl.

I agree the Packers had their chances but when the refs let numerous PIs or holdings in the secondary go all day for one team and then call it against that team to end their season the officials are going to be a major story.  They did not win it fair and square.  Would they have maybe won had it be called fair square?  That’s a fair argument to make bit let’s not pretend that Tom Brady’s secondary once again got help from the officials in a championship game.  That script is getting really tired.

So let me throw this hypothetical scenario out there for fellow Colts fans (and honestly its highly unlikely), but if Rodgers goes to GB management and asks for a fresh start...? How aggressive an offer would you make then?

Brady throws 3 picks and gets all the love.

How about the defense? FF, put them inside 10. Pick before halftime to set up that score, in which Packers went into full Jets vs Raiders mode for.some reason?

Hopefully one of these young cats send Brady off into retirement.

Hopefully this loss stings enough and Rodgers remembers that GB drafted his replacement and he gets traded to the Colts.

Take the officials out of it for a second the Bucs defense was the difference in the game and it’s a shame they will get over shadowed because they are why the Bucs are going to the Super Bow.

I hate that Brady is the QB of this team. He was not the reason why they won. They had tons of talent on offense and defense. It is unfair to the team to credit Brady for winning this. :(

Same as last week. Packers got three picks albeit deep in their territory.."that's just the greatest of time brady" even when he throws a pick, it's deep in the opponents territory so they defense can get a quick stop

    • Pacers are an amazing organization IMO.  They’ve assembled competitive teams for most of the last 25 years with very few high draft picks and not much FA draw to the square city in the middle of a cornfield.   They stink because of injury.  I’m pretty bullish in them assuming a return to the court for all these injured guys.  Are you?
    • The Seahawks allocated about 20% of the cap to the oline, raves about 12,  and 2011 NYG about 15.  That is what this thread is  about, cap economy.
    • In one of the posts I’ve said it’s possible that the Colts are revolutionizing football which happens every so often.  It’s not likely statistically because these type of changes happen once or twice a decade or so.   I said think the rules dictate that the passing game is the most efficient way to score.   One thing that might favor such a revolution, is the fact that since the rules are set up for passing success, teams have adjusted their personnel characteristics,  smaller LBs, nickel base ds.  It’s possible that  emmit smith era emphasis will come back.  I doubt it though.  You still are going to need to throw it into the end zone.
    • I’m not talking about having a great oline.  I’m talking about spending 30 to 40% of your cap in them..  Of course having a great o line is helpful.     The Hoggs aren’t recent.
    • They did Kelly's extension in September, just before the season started.   As for the percentage of the cap, the correct projection is to compare the projected cap hits to the projected salary cap figures. Just because contracts account for X percentage of today's salary cap doesn't mean they'll be the same percentage of the salary cap two or three years from now.
