He was Pascal's QB at ODU. Short for a QB (I think 6' or 6'1") and doesn't have plus arm strength, but it's adequate. He holds (or at least held) the D1 record for passing yards in a game (55/79 - 730 yds, 5 TDs) I made a post wanting to bring him in a year or 2 ago, but I seriously doubt we would.
