Colts Fan In L.A.
After this heartbreaking loss, I wonder what the future holds for TY. Would love to see him back but it might make sense to seek another younger receiver. Thoughts?

richard pallo
I think he will be brought back and fill the slot position like Beasley and a few older vets do as they age. He would be fine there for two or three years. To be honest I have zero confidence in Campbell being a factor for us. I think we find a new No1. this year probably in FA. Pittman is the 2. That would be a great lineup.

BProland85
Depends how much he will ask for. He’s not a top 10 WR anymore obviously. I would try and feature Pittman more next year and maybe Campbell actually stays healthy.

He can erase most receivers, and he is a deep threat. Rivers couldn't throw a 40 yard hail mary. I doube he is the QB to take advantage of T.Y's skill set. Also Rivers has nothing to do with if T.Y is resigned, Rivers won't be playing for us next year, pretty much guranteed when you can't throw 40 yards. I been saying all year he has a noodle arm, he finally put it on full display. Also you are right on the three years, he probably comes back on a 2 year deal. Just my opinion i think hilton doesnt look the same .
IinD
I feel bad for TY because he's still a deep threat if you can get him the ball. Definitely not what Rivers is about at this stage in his career.

SteelCityColt
I’d like to have him back, it’s lazy analysis to say he’s just a speedster. For whatever reason he never seemed to quite click with Rivers. He’s been open plenty but not thrown at.
LJpalmbeacher2
I hope TY comes back. But we certainly cant depend on his health. I'd like to see him compliment a #1, playmaker WR. Pittman and TY along with a star receiver would help our offense immensely along with a speedy, vertical TE. Shame Metcalf was passed on.
Patrick Miller
It might be time to move on. Zach pascal should be allowed to test the market as well.
w87r
Depends what he wants. I think 2yr $15m/3yr $22.5/4yr $30m Could make sense, but anything more we will be in trouble cap wise, unless we go cheap at QB position. Rivers or other vet $20-25m Hilton $10m That is $30-$35m out of $64m, leaving us around $30m to sign 21 more players. TY is going to have to sacrifice some money to be back. Even at $7.5m things are tight.
Mr.Debonair
I would bring him back. I would move on from Burton and get a Njoku if he’s available. Draft a WR. Four2itus
It's not always about 2 years, 3 years, or 4 years. It's about how much is guaranteed in the first 2 years. He would never sign for a 4 year backloaded deal. He'll want most of 25 large paid out in the next two years. (my guess)
