As expected, but great news nonetheless!

The 15 player finalists have been selected:

The 15 Modern-Era Player Finalists will be considered for election to the Hall of Fame when the Hall’s Selection Committee meets virtually January 19, 2021. The full committee will elect up to five Modern-Era Players, who must receive a minimum positive vote of 80 percent for election.

Love Reggie, but Torry should go first. He's been waiting a long time. Calvin might skip the line just because of talent alone, but it would be a travesty with no playoff success

Reggie's numbers dwarf those of Holt and Johnson.  He should not be passed over for either of those guys.

Reggie's stats are better then Holt's, but it doesn't dwarf it. Holt has 13300 yards and 74 tds

Peyton will get in, Wayne will not do so in the first ballot, given the history of difficulty for WRs with first ballots typically. Wayne should get in the second ballot though.

Wayne was a finalist last year, it was his first eligible year. This is his second time being a finalist. In the original post, Wayne posted "Back at it again..." on his Twitter account after the announcement. I hope it's his last time getting back at it for HOF consideration.
