Rivers number 3

Key takeaway:

He's one of only three quarterbacks to have a higher passer rating under pressure (104.7 versus 95.8 when free from pressure), and his difference between the two is the highest in the NFL. Rivers has been about average when not pressured, but is capitalizing on the fewer defenders in coverage when opponents send additional rushers, relying on his experience to make the right decision.

On the other hand, Tommy Boy is folding like a lawn chair under pressure. :)

That is crazy. So much for him folding under pressure.  There is a good convo on the cover two podcast today on why he should be brought back.

What about rhodes

Has Rhodes been a game changing CB this season? It seems he has been pretty good for sure but his impact isn’t felt like a PR or even a TB or a Buckner. These guys have changed their teams ability. It’s true that TB has a loaded FA team but he has still mostly produced and made into a potential SB contending team.

He's been pretty good on my fantasy team this season. Probably a better fantasy prospect than Rivers.

We're talking about NFL, not fantasy. Rivers changed our chances this year, Anderson is playing good, changes nothing, Panthers are going nowhere.

Probably not top 10 in the NFL but he has been an under-rated addition to the team.

He's one of the guys I'm worried about if we will be able to afford to keep him on next year.  He's proved himself and he's probably going to be looking for a 3 or 4 year deal with some security in it.

River's might just re-up for a 1 year deal again . . . at his age and financial status he's probably likely preferential to having the freedom to move to a different team.
