Great post. They are real beat up, thats why they are on the block. I would go one further and say avoid Darnold. He's on his way to become a bust. Always avoid USC quarterbacks. -

I didn’t say that. You are great at putting words in others mouths you know that? I have said from day one that Ballard will get the ultimate say. I never said Ballard wouldn’t be methodical and involve everyone in his approach to that decision. He’s the best in the business when it comes to that. Why surround yourself with top notch people if you don’t involve them in the thought process? But just like the “with the next pick” showed when Ed Dodds and company vouched hard for a specific player (unidentified obviously in the show) Ed turned to Chris and said “well what are you going to do?” You know why? Because this is Chris Ballard’s team. And everyone knows it. He wants a new quarterback and there is no doubt he knows this is the time to strike. -
It doesn't matter. That's not how players get their new contracts. I'm not saying I will give him that money, but I'm saying someone will... or he will get franchise tagged(from what I'm seeing that is $36.9M). -
I don't think Stafford is really beat up. And I think the history on good veteran QBs changing teams is more encouraging than the history of drafting QB prospects. Drafting a QB would be easier on the cap. I don't know if it's the best way for us to get a good QB right now. -
Yeah, we need some fallback for good news in case Brady wins his 7th ring becoming the Lord of the rings!!!
