It’s not like Hines or Wilkins are Taylor or Mack either. They are back ups and in Hines case a really nice change of pace back. In Hines case he actually had his best year rushing which seems to argue against the idea that the line regressed. Nelson and the line were their normal selves which is a big part of the reason the pass protection improved. They had a rookie who struggling with the speed of the game, as most rookies do, until the game slowed down for him. When it did Taylor exploded in a good way. The line didn’t just forget how to block for half the year and magically figure it out at the same time the running back figured out the NFL. -
Highly sleeping on TBs defense. #6 in yds per game #2 in rush yds per game #10 in pass yds per game #7 in pts per game. #3 in QBR against #1 in sacks

If Sewell is still available around # 10, if the Colts still have their # 21 (or even if they don’t), I’d love the Colts to somehow move up and get him!

Would DET go for Tyquan Lewis, RYS, and NEXT year's 1st round pick? We are talking about making upgrades to pass rush and CB, so it seems like those players are due for more competition anyway. DET has new management. They might want two young "ascending" players to build with now and have a season to remove COVID induced uncertainty amongst college players and a chance to evaluate their roster. Another first rounder next year when they are more settled might be worth more to them than a first round pick this year, considering the short time frame they are working under. We could go LT at 21, then DE and CB 2nd and 3rd, which some want to do even if we keep TL and RYS.
