The Colts are much more valued to Jim Irsay than just a collection. Jim was 12 years old when his father acquired the team. He grew up in and out of the locker room. He trained with those Colts players and loved the team. That's all he has ever known since he was 12 years old. What he collect's as far as collectables has nothing to do with him owning the Colts. Yes him being an NFL team owner made him the money to be a collector, but not the same thing. Jim may have had his personal demons but his love of the team has never wavered. -

I don't remember ever hearing even once that Culley was someone that Watson suggested to the Texans. I'm not saying he is the wrong choice, I'm just saying that for a franchise that has already alienated their best player it may have not been the best move they could have made. Who knows he may have presented Texans management his plan on how to smooth things over with Watson and convince him to stay. Culley could turn out to be a great hire but on initial appearance it looks like a head scratcher to hire someone in their 60's who has never even been a coordinator at the NFL level to be the head coach. -

This is what I was referring to with an earlier opinion. The Texan's are Watson's team. He can either run, or he can lead. -

Pushed out the door = "Hey Phillip, we believe you did a good job but we're going to move on from you." This is being blown out of proportion. The reality is that Phil isn't going to get it done. Good team and heart guy but a noodle arm, bad toe, and statue like pocket presence isn't going to get us far in the playoffs.
