Right I understand that. Maybe I shouldn't have used the word "giving" those picks to another team. And like you said, what if this rule is actually hurting the chances Bienemy gets hired as a HC? Even if you're a bottom feeder in the NFC cleaning house and looking for a new HC, if you narrow it down to Bienemy and some white guy, or even another minority candidate, the fact that the best team in the league right now would be awarded two extra picks might tip the scale in favor of the other candidate instead of Bienemy... I get the sentiment of the rule, but it seems flawed... -

Really like your mock off-season @stitches If your thinking of looking out for other left defensive end prospects, one player I really like is Payton Turner of Houston. 6'6 270, powerful guy, high effort, had 5 sacks in just 6 games for the Cougars (they didn't play many games this year, I think 7 games). Anyway, he will be in Mobile for the Senior Bowl in a few weeks, so he'll be worth keeping an eye out for. Day 2 prospect imo. -
found it here. https://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2021/1/13/22228528/eagles-news-doug-pederson-reportedly-stood-up-frank-reich-management-wanted-fire-him-2016-nfl-colts

Like I said, the Lions won’t be giving up picks. The Rams would be awarded by the league 2 compensatory 3rd round picks across 2 years. That’s how it works.
