Why Drafting JT was a good move....

Yes he ran 1000 yds in 3 years which is alot... BUT he never missed a game. He is durable and a punishing runner.

Yes he fumbled 18 times but he carried 1000 times... in a one back set. (there was FB when they ran the I)

Yes he caught and scored and he did, not drop the ball like EEbron.

This was a value/strategic pick. Just like the pundits thought that Ballard was crazy to pick Quenton Nelson with the 3rd pick, this pick will show the pundits and the fans that Ballard and the scouting team knows what they are doing.

The real reason it was a good pick is because he is our Zeke.  With our OL, TE and FB ... we can run it down their throats, rain or snow. If you run the ball, you dry up the clock and keep the Mahomes /Deshaun's on the bench. If they load up the box, Rivers will throw it over them with his quick reads and release. There will be games which is exactly what we will need to win that game. And when it comes to the playoffs, you have to be able to run the ball.  How did the Titans win last year? Beat the Patriots? You wear out the defense. Furthermore, his running style complements Mack and Hines. I think it was a brilliant pick.
