With adding black to the colour pallet I though at least a black outline of the numbers.

I’m fine with it, but a little underwhelmed.

I think it literally was for the Nike Swoosh on our white jerseys...

They need to do what Atlanta did with some of there jerseys like have either blue or white on the bottom like going up blending into the opposite of the bottom color.. I like Atlanta’s a lot

The only positive of the pewter ones was that the other color is red and it was easy for me when Ken Dilger signed with TB

Opinions all over the map. That means that they hit the median!

I was sooooo tired of the 70's look to the Colts word. Thank the universe they changed that. Not sure if I like the numbers better....have to watch a game or two. Secondary logo? It's growin on me.

So for those curious about the actually logo. I found this. It stays that if you look at helmet. The Shoe seems more rounded. Thoughts?

I think the all-white uni is the best.

Which one do you think is the best?

Minn

Pitt

Chargers

San Fran
Ravens

Panthers

Pitt and San Fran do a good job of being basic but not boring.

One slight change I wish they would've made is having the away pants resemble a more light gray, to match the color scheme of the face mask. That way there isn't too much white for the away jerseys. I think that look would be more stylish, and also very sleek and clean.

It would look somewhat similar in color to the Cowboys gray in their jersey.

Below is a picture where it kinda looks a little gray in the pants, but that's probably just the lighting.

The color scheme is now speed blue, white, light gray, and anvil black. I would like to see the anvil black possibly incorporated a little bit more as well.

Perhaps they use the secondary logo as our captain symbol

Same here. It's a clever design idea...but it just doesn't look good when it's executed. At a quick glance, it's not clean at all.

It looks like the shoe rolled on its side and had a stroke.....it's pretty unappealing.  Just my opinion but I dont think either alternate design is an improvement.

I have always disliked that the Cowboys color of pants differs from the shade on their helmet. The lions look to me is better cause the colors are the same.

I don't really like any of it.

Granted I'm not big on change just for the heck of it, but I really don't see any improvements.  I think the old Colts wording looked much better than the new blocky style.   Not sure about the Indiana inside the "C"    it looks forced.

Looks like they had to make the shoe a bit smaller/rounder since all of the vents on that helmet would really mess up the horseshoe.   I like the new shoe on that helmet.

I guess that was what I was referring to then.

I assume the reason for this is to sell more merchandise.   I will have to refuse.

Surely, a professional sports team was aware of the very similar logo in the same city. I wonder if they said screw it and went with it anyway or if they reached out to the school beforehand? I find it odd that he’s getting bent out of shape but no one from Cathedral has said a peep.

I found it funny he even made a comment bout the notch in the C cause the Colts had a notch in the spot of the C in the previous wordmark.

This sums up my thoughts pretty well:

Boo hoo, you (Cathedral) had an unoriginal idea and someone else (Colts) had it after you did. Here's a tissue.

Yup. I ordered a grey shirt with the new logo today along with the draft hat. Will get a hat and/or hoody when they come out!

I do like Marvin Harrison’s additions to his design though.

Bullet holes?  That’s actually pretty good!

I don’t think Marvin was charged with anything.  Aaron Hernandez on the other hand... but he was never a Colt. I think he last played for Walpole.  ;)

Didn't Cathedral only change their logo because ND told them they couldn't use theirs anymore lol..

I’m liking the secondary logo more & more every time I see it.  I’m also excited about potentially adding some accent colors to the jersey with us officially adding gray & black to our team colors.

Remember tradition but you still gotta change and adapt to the times.  Our look could use some spice & flavor.  It’s 2020.  Something fresh wouldn’t hurt.

Then get us the right young QB in here & let’s push Mahomes & the Chiefs for conference supremacy for the next decade.  That secondary logo could really take off.

My favorite logo is still the historical. Not even sure why... just something about it.

I think Kubuske would win a lawsuit if he had patented his design.

Meh, it’s similar but not exact. Cathedral ripped the notre dame clover idea but then again it’s not an exact drawing of it.

It looks like the shoe actually matches the Colts logo this time. I didn't realize the old horseshoe on the helmet was different until yall pointed it out.

    • He is a whole different order of threat than Mack.  I'll be very surprised if teams aren't focusing him by week 4 or so.  And if it wasn't for Mack I'd say he's a real good bet for ROY.  Still might be even with Mack sharing carries.
    • Sub par reading comprehension on my part.
    • 100% agree here. It's probably the right thing to do honestly to keep 6 WRs. We have lots of potential, but no guarantees besides Hilton at this point. However, I love Pittman, Pascal and Campbell as well. Patmon and Dulin can still make the practice squad, so they might not make the 53 because of that. Fountain is borderline, I think it depends on if he is fully recovered from his injury and can outperform 2 of the other 3 in Patmon, Dulin, and Marcus Johnson. Marcus showed some potential as well, he's the longshot IMO, but a big training camp could have him make the roster as the no6 receiver.   I don't think Patmon will stay on the practice squad for very long with his size and potential, so I'd keep him, don't know between the other 3 yet, I'd determine that through training camp competition. In any case, our WR potential looks fantastic, and with Rivers at QB, I believe we'll have 2 guys break out this year at WR.
    • If it's going to happen to anyone this year, it'll be us. Mack and Taylor will both be used heavily in the offense, Reich seems committed to the run, great O-Line. The recipe is there for something like that to happen. Not only that, we should be ahead in the majority of our games, so I can see us running the ball a lot in the 2nd half to waste time off the clock.    Obvious it's not guaranteed to happen, but I think if the NFL plays a full 16 games the result will be very close.
    • Great stuff. Sounds like Paris is off to a great start. Kevin Bowen said he is supposed to be at practice Monday. I think they will be in full pads.
