So does this count as a big splash FA signing?  I think it does and we're early in the free agency process.

 

This fits with Ballard's approach...take care of your own to keep as much continuity as possible.

 

Very good news and this does clear up the draft approach somewhat...we don't have to use an early pick on a LT.

On a side note, I'm super happy Castanzo decided on two more years. Colts are lucky to have him! 

What’s so funny about that. He was trying to make a point that AC was committed to playing both years a source told him. That second year could of just been a option.

Doesn’t make it an immediate need but if a good OT is BPA in rd 1 or 2 the next couple drafts you take him.  There will be playing time available bc of injuries.

Still don't think it changes the draft any....if there's a LT on the board and they're the BPA, go for it.
